Integration and coordination of efforts of scientists, experts and specialists in the field of integrated risk analysis related to building interdependent critical infrastructures throughout their life cycle at the international level. Design, fracture mechanics problems, diagnostics, monitoring, maintenance, survivability and optimal management of infrastructure systems issues will be considered in the context of the creation and operation of safe, smart and durable infrastructure systems. Questions of the creation of real conditions and a practical mechanism for an innovative scientific, educational and organizational breakthrough in one of the most important problems of the twenty-first century – safety and sustainable development of cities, regions and worldwide taking into account the human factor.

Conference Proceedings will be published as full articles:
- in English in the peer-reviewed journal, indexed by SCOPUS;
- in Russian in an electronic publication indexed in the RICC science-based database.
The requirements for the content and design of the articles are given in the section "Requirements for reports"
Proceedings of the conference will be distributed electronically among the participants after the end of the conference.
Deadline for submitting reports is May 27, 2021.
Texts of articles are accepted in the electronic version by e-mail: safety-int.conf@yandex.ru In the subject line write "CONFERENCE, Surname".
After receiving the article are considered by two referees and can be sent to the authors for revision.
Articles sent after the specified date will not be considered and will not be published.

Payment of registration fee is possible both by a physical person and by a legal entity. Payment of the registration fee must be made only after receiving notification of inclusion of the report in the conference program, but not later than May 20, 2021. We draw your attention to the fact that in the event of non-receipt of the registration fee within a specified period your report will not be published. Physical person can pay the registration by bank card (the link will be available after May 1, 2021). Payment is made through the PJSC SBERBANK using the bank cards of the payment systems MIR, VISA International and Mastercard Worldwide. In order to pay the registration fee of the legal entity it is necessary to issue the contract (template will be available for download after May 1, 2021) and send its scan copy by e-mail to the Organizing Committee. In response you will be sent scanned copies of the signed contract and invoice for payment.
